Reviewed by Fang (1934), Pope (1935; as Geoclemys kwangtungensis), Bourret (1941; as Chinemys kwangtungensis), and Iverson and McCord (1989). Iverson and McCord (1989) showed that this taxon includes Chinemys kwangtungensis (Pope, 1934) as used by most recent authors (e.g., Pritchard, 1979; Ernst and Barbour, 1989). |
