- Pritchard (1979) inadvertently published excerpts from the (in press) description of Berry and Legler (1980); the ICZN (Melville, 1985) has suppressed the name Kinosternon alamose (sic) Pritchard (1979). Reviewed by Smith and Smith (1979) and Iverson (1989a; 1990).
