- Distribution
- Coastal basins (at least the Rio Itapemirim to Rio Paraiba) in southeastern Brazil in the states of Espiritu Santo, Minas Gerais, and Rio de Janeiro; apparently does not occur at the type locality according to Rhodin et. al. (1982).
